This is a house specially designed for Alejandra and her future family in the rural area of Algaida.
The main concept is based on the rustic Mediterranean lifestyle that characterises the Pla de Mallorca.
A house is planned in two buildings, forming an "L" shape and joined by the access area, which acts as the main distributor. The day area is centred in one of the bays, consisting of a living-dining-kitchen area, oriented south-east and with an isolated fireplace that acts as a spatial divider between the living room and the dining room. The night area faces east, to receive the first rays of sunlight, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room.
A comfortable and practical house has been designed for year-round use and enjoyment. We intertwine the rustic construction typology with a modern and light interior style, without forgetting the use of natural and traditional materials, typical of the island.
