Cala Vinyes House

Pedro is Mallorcan, but lives between the island and New York. This house is his dream in Mallorca, a refuge where he can rest and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the big apple.

The house we have designed for him is on the ground floor and all its rooms are comprised in a single body facing southwest and protected by a large longitudinal porch.

It is accessed through an entrance hall facing a courtyard, which divides the day area from the night area. The kitchen-living-dining room opens directly onto the pool area, where baths and snacks can be extended until the end of the day. The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathroom. In addition, a fourth guest room is planned as an annex to the house.
