K&M House

A dwelling is planned in two bays, forming an "L" shape and joined by the access area, which acts as the main distributor. The day area is centred in one of the bays, comprising the living-dining-kitchen area, facing south-east and with an insulated fireplace that acts as a spatial divider between the living room and the dining room. The night area faces east, to receive the first rays of sunlight, and consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room.

A comfortable and practical house has been designed for year-round use and enjoyment. We intertwine the rustic construction typology with a modern and light interior style, without forgetting the use of natural and traditional materials, typical of the island.
