This home has been designed for a young family looking to maximise space, light and comfort, without compromising on simplicity or functionality.

The project is spread over two floors. The ground floor brings together the living area—living room, dining room and kitchen—in a single open-plan space, directly connected to the rear courtyard, fostering a seamless connection between indoors and outdoors. On this same level there is also a guest bedroom facing the street.

The upper floor houses three double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and two walk-in wardrobes, whilst the other two bedrooms each have their own walk-in wardrobe and share a bathroom.
