House JJ is situated in the municipality of Sencelles, Mallorca, and is laid out entirely on a single level, seeking to create a fluid connection between the interior spaces and the outdoors. The living area opens directly onto two porches and the swimming pool, forming a continuous sequence of rooms designed for everyday use and outdoor living.
The sleeping area comprises three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and walk-in wardrobes. The master bedroom, which is the largest, also includes a study area.
As a complementary element to the main building, the project incorporates a separate relaxation area, conceived as a small retreat, facing the Serra de Tramuntana.
