Renovation of two properties in Muro

Renovation and refurbishment of a terraced block of flats in the town centre of Muro, currently underway.

The project restores the property to its original condition, returning it to its layout as two independent dwellings whilst maintaining its volumetric and dimensional characteristics and the existing listed features.

The intervention reorganises access points, redistributes the interior spaces and modifies certain openings in the façade based on the existing layout and structural elements, improving natural light and cross-ventilation.

The proposal seeks to adapt the building to new ways of living through an approach that respects its architectural value and the inherent logic of the existing structure.
