Rustic house in Algaida

A single-family home project on rural land, located on the outskirts of Algaida and currently under construction.

The house is arranged entirely on the ground floor, comprising two main volumes with pitched roofs. One of these houses the living area, featuring an open-plan kitchen, living room and dining room, which are open to the outside, south-facing and connected to the swimming pool. The second volume comprises the sleeping area, consisting of two double bedrooms and a study. The master bedroom has a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, whilst the second bedroom and the study share a bathroom.

Both areas are connected by a third section, which provides access to the house and incorporates the laundry area.
